Making your purchase

You can place an online order 24 hours a day. After you enter the purchase information, you will be able to choose a method of payment from the checkout page of the shopping cart. After you make your payment, please click on the Return To Store button to finalise your transaction. Orders will be dispatched usually within 3-4 working days.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch cards. Online payments are completely safe and provided by PAYPAL, an established and reliable credit/debit clearing facility.

Please allow up to 10 days before we investigate any non-receipt of orders. Orders can also be sent to another address you choose apart from the billing address to which the card is registered.
You must still fill in your billing address details as well as the delivery address.

Postage
Charges are as follows regardless of number of products in your order:
Under £10 - £2.99
Over £10 - £4.85
Make-up, Perfume, Nails - £1.75
Free delivery for orders over £45.00!
Billing address details must match the cardholders in full. If the address cannot be verified then the transaction will not be completed and no delivery will be made.
Please allow 10 days for delivery. A signature is required as proof of receipt at the delivery address.
*Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays caused during periods of postal strikes by ROYAL MAIL. (During postal strikes there can sometimes be a 2-3 week interval before items are delivered, please be patient and be assured that your order will turn up during this period)*

Please do not use any other form of online payments and do not send credit or debit details via email.

For us to process your order please enter the exact card holder's address (the same address the credit card statement goes to) in the space provided. Orders that do not have the exact address will be delayed until you send us the correct cardholder's address.
Paypal verify each credit card with the issuer, checking the address of the cardholder to make sure the card is valid.
You must enter the correct address that is on file with the issuing bank into the space provided(this is the same address the credit card statement goes to). If the address does not match, the card will not be accepted even if it is a valid card.

Returns Policy
Please email us at info@afrofreshuk.com if you have any questions about returning goods, or goods that you have returned. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept goods which have been opened, has had its seal or other wrapping opened or tampered with. Items returned to us must be in a resellable condition.
When you receive your delivery, we encourage you to inspect it. If there is any damage, please write a note and enclose it with your return. Please also indicate the reason for the return. (Your comments help us improve our service and product quality).
Where a multipack has been purchased, the entire unused pack must be returned.
(Please note that you are responsible for the safe return of merchandise and all postage costs).
Items returned within 7 days will be promptly refunded to your credit card.
