How do I pay for my order?
Afrofresh UK uses the reliability of the secure services of PAYPAL which is a FREE service and you do not need to be registered with them. You can send one off payments at any time provided you are a UK customer.
Is my payment secure?
Afrofresh UK uses a separate recognised and trusted payment processor PAYPAL, to take payments therefore all your payment information is secure. We do not see your card details.
What kind of products do you sell?
We provide internet-only sales of a whole range of genuine quality products including haircare, branded cosmetics, fragrance, skincare.
Products are selected for quality and we constantly search for the best items to bring to you at the best possible prices. Together with our high levels of customer service you can be assured of a pleasent and secure shopping experience.
Our ever-changing stock includes unboxed or discontinued stock lines. All items are described on their respective product page so you can make an informed decision and make your purchase with confidence.
Samples are not supplied to help keep our prices competitive and our full range is presented on this website.
What if I want a product that is not in stock?
- If any items you would like are not shown please contact us at info@afrofreshuk.com with your requirements. Due to the volume of products we are constantly sourcing it is not possible to display all stock at all times.
- If what you have ordered is not in stock we will email informing you of this. We may substitute the item with a similar one or give you the option to cancel the order or wait for it to be restocked. Please contact us by email if you have any enquries and we would be pleased to assist.
How soon will I recieve my order?
Orders are normally despatched within 3 working days but if a cheque payment was made, we despatch orders after payment has cleared(usually within 5-7 working days).
Please allow up to 10 working days from despatch for delivery in the UK. Orders are sent via Royal Mail and we send an email to confirm despatch so you know to expect your order soon after.
Can I send my order to an address different to my billing address?
Once your transaction has been authorised, this option is available on the secure order form. Please email us if you require a message added to your order if it is being sent as a gift.
Can I collect my goods from your office?
No, we are a web-based company and our stock is despatched direct to you from our warehouse which is at a separate location. We do not keep any stock at our office.
What should I do if you are unable to deliver the order to the specified address?
If for any reason Royal Mail is unable to deliver the order, a calling card will be left and the order taken to the local sorting office. Please follow the instructions to collect the order within 7 days. If the order is returned to us we will be able to redeliver, but there is an additional charge for redelivery.
However, if we do not hear from you within 30 days we will refund your payment minus delivery and administration(payment processing charges).
What are gifts with purchase? (GWP)
These are branded items given away during a promotional campaign, on condition that a certain number of goods are purchased. Once the campaign ends, surplus stock is sold off.
We buy the surplus stock and pass on the savings to you. This is a good opportunity for you to test the brand before buying the full sized product.
